We are enjoying the new Beaver Creek restaurant, Black Diamond Bistro

With the opening of Black Diamond Bistro, Beaver Creek is celebrating its newest restaurant!  Located in The Charter at Beaver Creek, Black Diamond Bistro serves contemporary American fare in a friendly and comfortable setting.

We stopped in to Black Diamond Bistro for a business meeting late afternoon last week and loved its warm, comfortable atmosphere, spectacular views and quiet in-hotel location. Managing Partner Lisa Misakian was on-site, greeting her guests and helping everyone feel welcomed.

Black Diamond Bistro is the perfect place to enjoy dinner with friends or family.  Chef Andy Buechel's menu features regional American fare that integrates family recipes with an emphasis on scratch cooking. Try lamb shish-kebab, made from Grandma's recipe, or Andy's traditional chicken pot pie.

Guests can also relax in the bar for après, to grab a burger or watch the big game. The bar and lounge at Black Diamond Bistro features five large screen televisions, full bar, comprehensive wine list and a variety beers on tap as well as a compliment of domestic, imported and micro brewed bottled beer.  

Wi-Fi and valet parking are always free!
