Vail's 4th of July Concert: Tickets on Sale Friday, July 1

Hey, all you lovers of America and patriotic music! Vail's annual July 4 Patriotic Concert is not to be missed. This classic and wonderful event is always jammed packed with folks wearing their most festive red, white and blue regalia, singing their hearts out along with the orchestra. A highlight is the musical tribute to the various branches of the military and those who serve(d). It's poignant and emotional to see the vets stand for "their" song, be it "Anchors Away", "Wild Blue Yonder" (my personal favorite, being an A.F. brat), or others.

Tickets for seats will sell out quickly!

Tickets can only be purchased in person, at the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater Box Office on July 1, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Limit 4 tickets per person.

Complimentary lawn seating is available the day of the concert on a first-come, first-served basis. Call 970.476.5612 for more information.

The concert, "America The Beautiful" will be held at 2:00 p.m. at the Ford Amphitheatre, after the Vail America Days parade. This year's concert features the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, with Jeff Tyzik, Conductor and Byron Stripling, Trumpet and Vocalist.

Happy 4th! God Bless the U.S.A.!
