Experience the Beauty of Winter in Colorado on Horseback

Our Winter Trail Ride is perfect for anyone wanting to experience Colorado in winter. Stroll along meadows, Muddy Creek and a mountain bench meadow while being surrounded by snow covered mountains and peaks. From the novice to the experienced, this is a wonderful way to enjoy the Colorado snow. Children must be 6 years old to enjoy this trail ride. The Winter Trail Ride is offered at 10:30am and 1:30pm for 1-hour or 1.5-hour rides.

Advanced Winter Trail Rides

Our half-day ride offers steeper terrain and is for the more experienced rider. It follows the same route as the two-hour ride, but heads out onto BLM land on top of the mesa. Going up and down through the draws, the half-day ride continues north up a steep slope. At the height of the ride (point rock), riders are offered spectacular panoramic views of both Castle Peak and the Gore Range. Offered at 9:00 am daily. Reservations are required as spaces are limited.
