The Vail Racquet Club offers the 1,100 square foot Royal Elk Room including complimentary wireless Internet access for our groups. Take your function outside to our 5,000 square foot plaza deck, located off of the Royal Elk Room, with unsurpassed views of the White River National Forest. Or, host your outdoor reception at our beautifully landscaped park area with sandstone patio. Our scenic East Vail location provides a relaxing, enjoyable venue.

Our professional event services staff will assist you with all the details for a successful gathering, including on-site catering provided by Bighorn Bistro. Some of our past groups who have enjoyed our new facilities include: Rocky Mountain Chapter of the BMW Car Club of Colorado, CU Alumni, CU Kodak Ski Club, Colorado High School Activities Assocation and numerous others!
