Located in a quiet residential neighborhood in East Vail, Park House features a "walk in and feel right at home" experience with oriental rugs, a warm mix of antique and modern furnishings, family collected artwork and immense windows viewing Gore Creek. Location: Vail's main village is 4 miles away and the free shuttle stop is just a short 250 yard walk through a neighborhood park. The Park House sleeps 12 to 14 people and still offers an amazing amount of privacy and luxury amenities. (maximum of 14 people)

Ground Floor Family Room: large screen TV, Cable, VCR, book and video library, pullout sofa bed (twin), and fax machine. Kitchen: Recently remodeled, with two convection ovens, convection microwave, Jennair cooktop, granite countertops, dishwasher, trash compactor, ice maker, breakfast island, bread maker. Living Room: wood burning fireplace, stereo with CD, cassette and turntable. Dining Room: Formal dining area seats up to 8 people. 8 more stools at kitchen counter. Sunroom: Live plants and intimate breakfast table for 4. Second Level Alpine Master Suite: King bed, private bath with 2 sinks and double shower heads in new steam shower. Molly's Mogul: Queen bed, TV/VCR/Cable, shares bath with The Bunny Slope. The Bunny Slope: 2 twin beds, (or king), TV/VCR/Cable, share bath with Molly's Mogul. Dana's Backcountry: Queen sleigh bed, private (unattached) bath. Third Level Turner's Peak: 1 king bed plus 2 single beds (or king), crib, playpen, private bath. Bathroom is arranged with toilet, shower and sink in three different rooms for added privacy. Basement Level Back Bowls Bedroom: 2 single beds or king, own bath (this room is very small with low ceilings and no windows). Game Room: Billiards table, large screen TV/VCR/CABLE, ping-pong table, dart board and Nintendo + "secret hideaway", sauna + steam shower. Outdoor Deck: 1000 square foot outside deck, with a 10-14 person hot tub.

Deposit Policy: 50% of the total rental cost within 10 days of making reservation. (Reservation will not be firm until payment is received). Balance due 60 days prior to arrival date. Please make payments with a personal, business or cashier's check. Checks should be made out to "The Park House". We do not accept credit cards.
Damage Deposit: $500 in addition to rental fee due 60 days pior to arrival. Damage deposit will be returned within thirty days of check-out date.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund less $50 if canceled MORE than 60 days prior to arrival date. No refund if canceled within 60 days of arrival.
Check-in/check-out: Check-in time is 4pm, check-out is by 10am.
Check-in and check-out times are strictly adhered to in order to allow the cleaning crew time to clean, however, arrangements for the storage of luggage can be made. A caretaker/concierge lives in a lock-off apartment to facilitate with check-ins and check-outs, arrange services, and assist with information about the area.
