Lodging Ratings

To ensure guest expectations are met, Vail and Beaver Creek area properties participate in the Lodging Quality Assurance program. Lodging Quality Assurance (LQA) provides a standardized rating of Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze to rental units through the Vail Valley's main central reservation systems. Unique to vacation destinations, all ratings are universal to help ensure guests' expectations are properly met and ensures renovations continually outpace industry standards, contributing to Vail and Beaver Creek's status as world-class destinations.

Currently, any property sold through Vail/Beaver Creek Reservations and the Vail Valley Partnership must undergo a detailed interior inspection and is assigned an LQA rating. Here are Vail.net’s Lodging partners’ LQA ratings.
