Happy Valley Grill
Happy Valley Grill, located at the Vail Golf Club, offers rocky mountain fare at its best. Open for lunch and into the evening, the Grill also offers full catering for special events.
Located on the 18th Green
The Vail Golf Club's Happy Valley Grill is a full-service restaurant and concessionary management team available to organize all aspects of food and beverage services. Located on the 18th green of the Vail Golf Course, the grill offers a breadth of culinary choices, from world class cuisine to Colorado mountain favorites. Its award winning management team, high-caliber chefs and friendly service staff make it a premier choice in the Vail Valley.
The Grill
Picturesque dining in a relaxed atmosphere; from the unusual to the contemporary Happy Valley Grill offers something for everyone. Executive Chef Hunter Smith has created a new menu featuring appetizers, salads, sandwiches and sides that are both affordable and palate pleasing. Appetizer highlights include the house made hummus with grilled pita and extra virgin olive oil or Moroccan scented shrimp with baby spinach, grilled watermelon, toasted pine nuts, drizzled with an orange and fennel vinaigrette. Those with a larger appetite can enjoy the sandwich selection that includes favorites such as Carolina pulled pork with house made pickles, cabbage slaw and fried green tomatoes; prime rib cheese steak with sauted peppers, braised onions and caramelized mushrooms on a baguette; or the house made falafel with pickled carrots, hummus and quinoa tabbouleh on grilled pita. Each sandwich is served with a side, which include sundried tomato Israeli couscous, fried green tomatoes or confit shallot tabbouleh quinoa to name a few. Children also will leave the restaurant full and can choose between chicken fingers and fries or a grilled cheese and fries. Many of the new items can made for those with allergy sensitivities such as gluten and dairy.
Stop in for lunch or a light dinner during the golf season, or call 970-479-7321 for off-season events.
