The Vail/Beaver Creek resort area, in Eagle County, Colorado, lies in the heart of the Colorado's Rocky Mountains. It's a spectacular two-hour drive west of Denver to Vail, and Vail lies two hours east of Grand Junction (which lies on the Colorado/Utah border).

If you're flying, you'll definitely want to look into flights directly into the Eagle Airport. EGE, Colorado's fourth busiest airport, is a scant 1/2 hour from the resorts, offering daily non-stop flights from major US cities virtually year-round.

Or fly into Denver International Airport 100 miles east. Catch a shuttle, taxi or limousine to the mountains, or rent a car.
