Fall Color Watch: The First Day of Fall

Don't let the snow fool you - though the recent and unexpected dusting has left many concerned we won't have a fall at all, the chance of precipitation will back off as temperatures start to rise through the week. As we enter the peak of the beautiful fall colors, the snow adds a unique touch to the vibrant landscape.
One of the unique factors of living in our beautiful valley is the unpredictable weather. Most have learned to embrace the changing seasons and beauty it brings.
The snow hasn't kept people from enjoying the hiking, biking, golfing, and many other outdoors activities - we're just doing it with an extra layer on.
So don't let the snow keep you from getting out and enjoying the beatiful fall colors (only highligted by the snow, in my opinion).
Both Vail and Beaver Creek are still offering incredible deals on lodging, activities, dinning, and shopping. This is the perfect time to come out to Colorado and enjoy all the valley has to offer.
