Beaver Creek Restaurant Makes Top 10 Recipe List

Outside Magazine recently posted a blog about the "Top 10 Recipes from Ski Town Restaurants".
Some ski resorts included Breckenridge, Jackson Hole, Telluride, and, of course, Beaver Creek.
Beaver Creek, who just recently hosted the Bon Appetit Master Chef Classic, is know for some of the most amazing cuisine in Colorado and in the country. One of the most recognized and loved restaurants (and my parent's favorite) is Splendido at the Chateau.
I recently babysat for some repeat Beaver Creek guests who mentioned that after having been to Beaver Creek over 5 different times, they continue to dine at Splendido and recommend it to all their friends as a personal favorite.
Chef David Walford brings a refined French technique to Colorado cuisine, promising elegance, flavor, and consistency in every meal. He recently came out with his own cookbook entitled "Wood Fire and Champagn Powder", a new local's favorite.
The recipe highlighted in the recent blog (and in his book) is for Alaskan Halibut with Prosciutto, Cannellini Beans and a Parsley-Olive Salad. I know my roommate will be excited when I try my hand at the recipe this weekend!
