The Kiva- East West Resorts
The Kiva is conveniently located in upper Beaver Creek village and features its own private ski-way that provides easy ski-in, ski-out access to Beaver Creek Mountain.

The Kiva consists mainly of 2 and 3 bedroom condos, privately tucked away on the Eastern side of Beaver Creek in the Highlands area, boasting views of the ski hills, the village, and down valley. The property has a large, year-round pool and patio area with 2 hot tubs, many lounge chairs, a large pool, BBQ grills, steam & sauna, and private changing area.
Guests staying at the Kiva can enjoy on-site check in and front desk, a private ski locker room, wireless internet, and recently upgraded common areas. Guests also receive additional East West Resorts amenities including access to the Allegria Spa, full concierge services, daily housekeeping, covered parking, and 24-7 on-call managers.
